While we implement industry best practices and commercially reasonable security controls, no cybersecurity solution can guarantee complete protection against cyber threats, malware, ransomware, phishing, zero-day vulnerabilities, data breaches, or unauthorized access.
The Client acknowledges that cybersecurity risk can only be reduced—not eliminated.
No guarantee of preventing cyber incidents or data breaches.
Recommendations not implemented by the client may increase security risks, and you are not responsible for resulting incidents.
The client must maintain supported operating systems and software.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is strongly recommended; if the client declines MFA or other critical security controls, document the decision and limit your liability for incidents arising from that choice.
Security recommendations should be implemented promptly to reduce risk.
Response time targets are goals unless expressly stated as guaranteed in an SLA.

Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Loss of business
Data loss
Indirect damages
Consequential damages.
-Unless specifically included in the Service Agreement, the Client remains solely responsible for maintaining current backups of all systems and data.
Antivirus Disclaimer
Antivirus significantly reduces risk.
No antivirus detects 100% of threats.
Users remain responsible for safe computing practices.
Proper email authentication reduces spoofing and phishing but cannot prevent all malicious email or social engineering attacks.
Training improves user awareness but does not guarantee that all users will correctly identify or avoid phishing attempts or cyber threats.
Company not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party vendors.
